The easiest way to resolve most Wi-Fi connectivity issues and re-connect is to delete the UALR-WiFi network from your device and then re-connect.

Apple iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch (iOS & WatchOS)

In Settings, Wi-Fi, click the "i" next to UALR-WiFi, then click "Forget This Network" then, re-join UALR-WiFi, enter your Active

Directory username and password, and then click Trust on the wifi.ualr.edu certificate. Make sure that Private Address is

unchecked for the UALR-WiFi network and all of your network settings are set to DHCP and/or Dynamic.

Apple MacBook, MacBook Air (macOS)

Go to System Preferences > Network, then select Wi-Fi on the left. Now, select UALR-WiFi from the list & then click on the

Disconnect button. Click on the Advanced button, and select UALR-WiFi from the list and then click on the (-) button to

remove it from the list. Click on the OK button to close the window. Now click the Apply button in the Networks window. Now,

re-join UALR-WiFi, enter your Active Directory username and password, and then click Trust on the wifi.ualr.edu certificate.

Make sure that Private Address is unchecked for the UALR-WiFi network and all of your network settings are set to DHCP

and/or Dynamic.
